How quickly treatment works and how long it lasts depend on the medicine and your circumstances. The pharmacist will explain the instructions for the product supplied. Sexual stimulation is needed for these medicines to help with an erection.
ED can be associated with a number of contributing conditions, e.g. hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hypercholesterolaemia or cardiovascular disease. As a result, all men with ED should consult their Healthcare Professional within 6 months for a clinical review of potential underlying conditions and risk factors associated with ED.
